Valley Health 10K Training
This training program is open to walkers, runners, run/ walkers, who want to train and finish a 10K race. Each week, training workouts will be sent via email. Instruction on proper hydration, nutrition, injury prevention, running form, training principles, as well as other areas to help you have a successful race will also be included. The goal is to complete the Valley Health 10K on Saturday, May 6, 2023. The group will meet in person with the coach three times over the course of the program: 2/21, 3/28 and 4/25 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Meeting location will be at NW Sherando Park, Warrior Drive entrance.
