Fall Youth Running Club

Dates: August 18 - October 15 | 6:00-7:00 PM

We’re excited to welcome young runners ages 7–14, no matter their experience level. This session focuses on building endurance, improving form, and making running fun and rewarding for everyone. 

​

Registration includes entry into two exciting local races: Trails 4 Miles (October 11) and the Thanksgiving Day 5K (November 27). We will also have an end of season event at Byrd Middle School. Throughout the season, we'll work on proper running technique, dynamic stretching, pacing strategies, and teamwork.

​

Runners should bring running shoes, water, and a healthy snack to stay fueled during practice.
